1. Acceptance of termsBy accessing or using Family Office Tech Consulting, including the website, browser-based demo, downloadable software, and related purchase or licensing features, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge that the parent company is Alchema Labs, LLC. d/b/a familyofficetechconsulting.com

2. The serviceFamily Office Tech Consulting provides AI and technology consulting services, advisory, and related functionality for ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices, RIAs, and wealth management professionals. Features, limits, and availability may vary.

3. Accounts, licenses, and accessCertain features may require a license key, activation, purchase email, or other access credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any license or access information issued to you and for activity associated with your use of the service.

4. Free and paid useThe service may offer a free tier with usage limits and a paid option that removes or increases those limits. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, paid access is a one-time purchase and not a subscription. "Lifetime" means for the life of the product offering, not your lifetime or any guaranteed minimum support period, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Acceptable useYou may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass technical or licensing restrictions, use the service for unlawful purposes, upload content you do not have the right to process, or use the service in a way that harms us, the service, or other users.

6. Uploaded content and deletionYou retain your rights in files you upload, but you grant us the limited rights necessary to receive, host, process, transmit, and temporarily store those files solely to provide the service. Uploaded files and generated outputs are deleted immediately upon completion of the requested task.

7. Payments, taxes, and refundsPaid purchases are charged at the price presented at checkout. Taxes, merchant-of-record services, and payment processing may be handled by third parties. Refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy stated on the pricing page and may be denied in cases of fraud, abuse, excessive usage, or policy violations.

8. Changes, suspension, and terminationWe may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service, or engaged in fraud or abuse.

9. Intellectual propertyThe service, website, software, branding, and related content are owned by Alchema Labs, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws, except for content that you upload.

10. Disclaimer of warrantiesTo the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

11. Limitation of liabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid during the 12 months before the event, or USD $1.00, whichever is greater.

12. Governing law and venueThese Terms and any dispute relating to the service are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

14. Changes to these termsWe may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
